Great hotel to stay at. The only "issue" I had is the free shuttle. Yes, it's free, but you really have to work around their schedule to get access to it.

The main issues we had were the fact that check in is at 4pm and our rooms weren't ready until 6:30. There were never any pool towels available, we always had to go ask for them to be restocked. They did not verify which card was being used for which room (we had 2 separate rooms for 2 separate families), and so our card was charged for both rooms and all food and beverages that the other room received. It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were nice but would have loved better service.

The view of the bay was lovely. The staff is friendly; however, the hotel is extremely understaffed. Because of this, the facility was uncomfortable. The trash cans were overflowing, in some areas for multiple days. When you walked out to the pool/patio area in the morning, there was trash on the tables and on the grounds. The housekeeping was almost non-existent. We had to share one bath towel between 2 people for multiple days. People started taking the pool towels because of the lack of housekeeping, therefore, there were never enough pool towels. If you do not have enough staff to keep the facilities clean, please do not book to capacity.

Half of the staff at this property was very nice and helpful. The other half we’re very rude and acted as if they really did not want to be there. Our room was very clean but the pool area was completely dirty and unkept. Out of the 5 days we were there, we only used the pool ONCE due to how gross the water was.

We received a complimentary upgrade at check in ! The employee at the desk was friendly, helpful and had wonderful customer service skills. It was very busy and he handled each guest with patience .
