The suite itself had a smell to it we had to buy some air fresheners. some of the lights went out our second day there. Only one trash can in the bathroom none in the rest of the suite. Overall the stay wasn't terrible but was average for a doubletree hotel.

Habitación super limpia. El personal amable aunque siempre hay uno que otro que afecta el servicio por el trato. El servicio a la habitación fue lo unico que no fue de agrado, ya que nunca contestaron la llamada según ellos por falta de personal. Por lo demás se paso bien y es agradable.

At checkout, they charged me for $22 for a breakfast there. The deducted it from out $100 hold on credit card and no one was there from accounting to get rid of the charge. Now on my own time, I need to try to get ahold of someone to "look up the ticket" to see it was not me. Which is also not smart on your part - because how can you get that money from the person it belonged to if they already checked out. The restaurant SHOULD NOT be a room charge. We went there for a take out dinner and paid with credit card. It SHOULD ALWAYS be that way if you do not have someone at check out to fix it so I do not have to call back. The view was nice.

The hotel was very dirty. The room was horrible. The doors handles were oily stinky. The towels horrible old The toilet didn't work and not flushed after used it first-time. Shamful for the price paid. We checked in at 9 pm at night and maintenance came next day at noon.

Extreme renovations. Unsafe as renovations were huge projects on each floor with constant noise, dust, etc. Suite room felt unsafe due to location right next to renovations and suite itself is very dated to include shattered floor lamp. Unfortunately, it was by far a property I would never book this property again. This is the only Hilton property that I have stayed that I’ve given a negative review.
