Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was great. Check in, breakfast was excellent. Hotel seemed brand new. Room was clean, comfortable bed etc. Don’t understand pillows- could have used more, or bigger. Location was easy to manage- close to the pier. Restaurants all around!

Front desk needs more employees. Both times I had to wait while employee either was on phone or doing computer work without an acknowledgement of my presence. Once they helped me they were great but it seems odd for this size property to only have one front desk employee

Front desk staff was not helpful. The bar was closed, even though I arrived during published operating hours because they said that their cash register was broken. The automated door did not work, which is not helpful when you are carrying to pieces of luggage as well as the paperwork for your parking. Parking unit is shared with other residence and you are forced to have to drive around to find a spot because everything is full
