The room was pleasant. The breakfast was small but very nice options. The location is central to a lot of shopping and a short drive to the fair grounds. My family and I were very happy with our stay.

Upon check in, I had asked politely for the news to be muted since the volume was high and specking of laws changing on the topic of having sex with an incapacitated body while I was with my 12 year old son. My request wasn’t received well and had to ask a second time for the audio to be muted and not just turned down as the associate did after the first time I asked. The cleanliness was awful. Woke up to a cockroach on the shower door. Odor of mildew or mold was present in the bathroom. Solicitors were present when leaving the hotel also. Overall terrible experience. I’ll never book there again.

This property is not SAFE! They have a section that is used for a HOMELESS HOSTILE, there was excessive drug use! The smell of Marijuana in my nonsmoking room was ridiculous. Very suspicious behaviors going on outside with a huge presence of car dates and workers in the lobby trying to pay cash for rooms! UNNACCEPTABLE!!!

The hotel was right next to the freeway, which normally is not a problem but this was next level. It was hard to find off the highway as it was divided and the turn/signage was not well marked, however it seems like the entire area was like that. Decent breakfast.

Poorly insulated for sound. Road noise and high winds very loud. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. Getting to the Inn is incredibly confusing for someone not familiar with the exit to rte 5 from 91 north
