My husband and I were bitten all over by BEDBUGS! We didn’t know what it was until we returned home that evening and went to the emergency room… I called the hotel to inform them and was told to call back on Monday to speak with Andrew the manager, I did call on Monday but still was unable to speak with Andrew! This is a well-run little Hyatt. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was well above average for a Hyatt Place venue. It was clean and well stocked with kid-friendly games. That said, the pool deck was large and spacious enough for adults to lounge about without feeling hemmed in by children.
