Love This Place/Location

While we had a couple hiccups upon arrival, Bruce was very responsive and everything was quickly resolved. We love this location and the complex is very quiet and peaceful. It's a short walk to a nearby market for supplies and also a variety of dining options within walking distance or if you're not a walker, a short Uber/Lift ride. We've been staying at this complex for over 7 yrs and will continue to return. This particular unit was very clean with all necessary kitchen supplies, etc. Very nice bathroom and bedroom.

Great place

Great place to relax, feel the ocean breeze in the bedroom, and start your beach vacation. Great location for morning walks along the beach, whether oceanside or bayside, to start your day. Just understand that during the summer, getting to the property will take some time. . I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Great location

We had a great stay! Great location, walk to the beach and close to many others. Airport noise was the only downfall, but other than that quiet and clean...perfect for our stay!

Beach, Bay and Park at your feet.

This is a neat and tidy place in a prime location. You literally have an enormous beach, bay and park right there. It is a laid-back area. I stayed during the week and it was totally uncrowded and quiet, which is unusual in San Diego. There is an excellent coffee shop with yummy food that is a short walk down the street.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We so enjoyed staying at this property! The location was ideal for beach access, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen was nicely appointed, making meal prep a good option too. We'll be back!

Best place ever!

The property is located at the tip of Mission Beach. The view is incredible and visible from living room area, and on the porch, where there is a nice bench to sit on while you enjoy watching sea lions, dolphins, and boats pass by. There are other vacation rentals at the same place and all of the other guests were very respectful!

Cute condo with a great view

Nice one bedroom condo, had everything we needed. There are no usb plug ins, so bring plugs. bathroom is small but medicine cabinet can hold a lot of toiletries. Only one small set of drawers, so hubby kept clothes in suitcase. Hot tub access was nice. Kitchen was stocked for what we needed. Large fridge. Overall fine for what we needed.

Great location and well maintained space

The location was great. We were here to visit grandkids close by so we’re out most of the day. Although the space is small it is well appointed, very clean and provides a nice view of the bay! A bonus is having a garage.

Amazing Location

The location and place is beautiful. Everything is walking distance! Bruce was very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. He sent me all the information I needed to make my check in process very smooth. I definitely look forward to future visits!

Cozy residence with Beautiful Sunset View

The residence area is not very big, but cozy for two. Saved money having our own kitchen to cook in. Mini AC unit was nice in the afternoons when the living room area has sun exposure, but also provided a really nice view of the bay and a distant view of the ocean. Garage is small. Nissan Altima only had about 8 inches of room front to back. Needed the garage door open to get around the car. Once parked, we walked to nearby Belmont Park and ocean keeping our car nice and safe.

Vacay on the Jetty

Loved our rental!! It was a great place to be when not at the beach. The view was mesmerizing, and the condo was perfect, clean, an awesome shower, garage for vehicle, and all tenants or other renters were great! We’d rent again!

Spectacular View

Great location, host very communicative. Really appreciated all of the kitchen essentials like coffee and dishwasher pods. Would definitely stay at this property again. Check in very easy. Arrived late (Cannonball sushi restaurant was still open, has a full bar, and we liked what we ordered) Garage door opens “out” so make sure to stand aside when using the keypad. Nice grills in the common area. Loved the path steps outside of property for morning run and walks - Very picturesque views of both water and landscape on these paths. Have lunch overlooking the marina at Point Loma Seafoods and grab fish to grill at the unit for dinner. Check out San Diego Zoo!

Perfect location and great views

Despite the weather, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for two people and it was fun watching the boats go. It was a nice quiet location and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts were also very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. Thanks again for a wonderful short stay.

All About The View!

Cute beach cottage close to everything! View to die for. Walk to beach, parks and restaurants. Comfy bed. The not so great is tricky in and out. Lots of locks and tight garage. If you want real wine glasses, bring your own. Shower faucet complicated. A shelf above toilet would be super, but vanity has small drawers. Very nice for the price.
