This home is perfectly located right next to the Beach, across the street from Mission Bay. It's a short drive to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Sea World, Petco Park, Balboa, Old Town, Convention Center, Airport, etc.

* 1 parking space is available, directly in front of the entrance.
* The Front Door has a keypad for easy access (a personal code is messaged to you before check-in).
* The Back Door has no steps, which allows easy access for strollers, walkers, etc.
