With professionally maintained landscaping, a covered patio. and private jacuzzi, this property is a great spot to relax and enjoy. The interior is complete with brand new furnishings. All windows are dressed with custom light-dampening shutters. Open concept kitchen (quarts and marble countertops with center island sink). A built in wine bar to enjoy (with complimentary bottle of local wine). Two car garage. Fenced in yard. We are located just a few miles from the Placer County Wine and Craft Beer trail sprawling through the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Enjoy!
