Bad bed

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Sleeping arrangements for 3 adults, maybe two beds in a room.
Made arrangements for 3 adults. Got a king size bed and a rollaway bed. The mattress wasn't a mattress at all. It was metal springs with a cover over it. Next night had the maid service bring four blankets to make the bed sleep easier. Even then it was a back killer. Then at check out was told parking was 18$, I threw a fit. No one told me at check in about the charges. Water bottles in the room were 6$ a bottle. I will never stay in a Hilton again.

So bad I packed up & left in the middle of the nig

Hotel was OK, barely deserving a Hilton title.  Staff was exceptionally nice and great until I had to call downstairs late at night and the front desk manager answered.  He was so rude and hostile that I packed up and left in the middle of the night.

Best value in the area ...

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Best value in the area. Plenty of parking on premises, rooms have always been clean (multiple stays), restaurant is decent, bar is well stocked and active, staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay there again, and again. They also have multiple conference rooms if you're planning an event.

Incredible value for the market.

The facility compared favorably with the Sacramento Sheraton Grand and the Sacramento Hyatt Regency and the room was at least $70 less. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Sacramento.

Very Relaxing and Quiet

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, hot tub
From the time we walked in to the time we left we enjoyed ourselves. The hot tub was a blessing. The location was great. There was a large party that night, but it didn't cause any problems. The bellhop was attentive and helpful to all guests, the front desk was friendly. The bed was straight out of heaven. The only negative was the service in the grill. The Bellhop actually seated us when the host never showed up. The waiter was rude. The food was good though. Overall I'm really looking forward to visiting again.

Surprisingly modern facility

Pros: Quiet
I had to make a quick overnight trip to Sacramento annd found this hotel situated close to my final destination. Although the bar area which shared the lobby was overran with members of a 30-year class reunion thhe staff made me feel welcome and invited. Although this hotel is relatively close to the freeway, which is convenient, it was very quiet.

Out of the way

Cons: Nothing close, No free Internet
The hotel was in an odd section of Sacramento, near the mall, not near downtown. They charged for internet. For the price of the room, it should have been free. The restaurant downstairs had good food but expensive. Banquet food was good for banquet food, but not great as far as restaurant quality goes. Overall, i just felt like I paid a lot of money for average accommodations.

great value, location

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
We stayed here on a weekend. I think its so cheap on the weekend because they cater to bussiness travelers during the week, and knock down the prices to fill it up on the weekend. The room was excellent and really clean and comfortable. The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom was small, had no fan and only a pocket door. The other issue was that we did not get complementary breakfast and the resturant in the hotel is a little pricy. There are some resturants nearby, however. But overall it was really comfy and I would stay there again.

Clean, well run and a good north area location.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
This hotel is located in the north area of Sacramento with excellent access to freeways and other areas of town. While not a "luxuary" hotel, is was clean, well run, and quiet.
