Property is under construction. Website is very misleading and the hotel itself is filthy. The room that we got was not clean, hair in all the drawers, carpet hasn’t been vacuumed and a bunch of crap was in between the couch cushions. Had to leave one night early due to a family emergency and no refund or discounts, nothing. It’s all good, we just know not to stay here again.

We were in Roseville for a basketball tournament. This happened to also be at the time of a heatwave, where temps reached 110 F. The hotel and rooms were nicely air-conditioned. The rooms had mini-fridges and microwaves upon request. They were roomy and clean. Having a pool was a nice option. Not having to pay for parking was great, considering that hotels in surrounding areas were charging per day. The breakfast was good- we stayed the weekend- Saturday: pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cream cheese Sunday: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cream cheese Overall, it is a great place to stay, and we would stay here again if we happen to be in town.

The service from Shelby at the front desk was wonderful!!! The breakfast was good for a quick warm bite in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a little construction but it was not intrusive. Their pool is small but it works in a pinch.

Due to a road emergency I wasn’t able to check in and informed the hotel staff before my check out time. And expedia try to contact the manager for refund but manger been lying about that they never been informed and second, no body talk to him or her from expedia. They just want to keep the money and blame second party that they have charged me. They have nothing to with that. I have been calling back and forth for my refund because I had an emergency reason, I Would not recommend anyone to go there and stay. It was Ridiculous.
