We were surprised at the age/general condition of the hotel, and that the pool was not open, but our room was clean and very comfortable. It had the largest fridge we've ever had in any hotel or motel. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud, but that helped drown out the noise of other guests coming and going. The continental breakfast was rather impressive and the staff and manager, Raj, were very accommodating and pleasant.

The hotel location is great for getting around, parking was not an issue. As for the room itself - Tub & Sink drainage was an issue - almost to the point of clogged. Room was decent but there was "sticky stuff" on the floor in the bathroom.

we first were impress by it but the people were smoking noice in the hallways rooms need Llc we spoke to the manager about the problem and he answer is nothing he can do about it what people do so we mind not return to the motel .

Rooms have been redone and are very nice - exterior looks dated but place is well-run, quiet and safe. Large room with excellent beds, spotless clean. Accomodating and helpful staff, good breakfast with many options.

Place Needs Help

It was sketchy to say the least. Tiles broken in bathroom. Dirt on floor. Tub is filthy and considering it’s their “jacuzzi suite” you’d think that at least would be clean. For the price, it was an awful stay. We slept there and that was it but it was with one eye open. Considering it’s essentially $300 for the night on a not holiday weekend, there should be more attention to detail. Especially considering there aren’t that many rooms available when there are people full time residents at the location. The people next to us lived there.

Nothing about property was nice or clean. The handicap room we had was disgusting especially the bathroom the tub needs to be replaced and the floors looked horrible. The sink on the outside of the bathroom is so small its useless, the mirror above the sink was tilted down so you couldn't see your face. We were there only a few hours to sleep so we didn't ask to be relocated. WE would not recommend this place to anybody nor would we ever go back there again. We didn't even want the free breakfast, we went to a diner on Merrick Road which was great.
