We had such a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which really set the tone for our trip. The suites were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed perfect for relaxing after exploring the Smoky Mountains. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh and delicious options, and the evening reception was such a nice touch. The indoor pool and outdoor firepits made it easy to unwind, and the location couldn’t have been better close to Dollywood, restaurants, and all the attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

Embassy Suites always delivers high quality standards and this location is no different. Beautiful resort with amazing views! The dining area being on the 7th floor offer an incomparable view for all! Fire pits and so many seating options. The breakfast if a wonderful addition as well as happy hour. Comfy beds, wonderful shower and close to everything. I highly recommend!

There housekeeping sucks, the only thing they did was pull blankets up over the bed didn't make it properly, didn't restock on Toilet paper, kleenex, clean glasses, nothing! And when mentioned nothing happened. We left cash tips even though they're cashless which we didn't know up front and tips were added to the few times we bought anything thru them. The "complimentary" snacks/drinks cost you a $200 resort fee, so much for complimentary. Overall not impressed and won't stay again!!!
