Will return again !!

We stayed here last year and it was so perfect we came back a year later. Everything is provided. All you need to pack are your clothes !! This condo is beyond nice, beautiful and comfortable. It’s spotlessly clean and furnished with high end appliances and decorations. I can’t say enough good about it. It was perfect !!!! We are planning on returning again !!!!!!!1 million percent loved it. !!!!

5-Star Review: Perfect Family Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this 4-bedroom resort! First and foremost, the host was absolutely fantastic—hands down one of the best we’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. So refreshing to have such an honest and helpful host!The resort itself was in top-notch condition. It was perfect for our family, especially my 5-year-old niece, who had the best time splashing around in the pool. It was a real highlight for her, and we loved how safe and kid-friendly the whole place was.The layout of the 4-bedroom unit was ideal, with all the rooms being conveniently located on the same floor. This made it so easy for my dad, who can’t do stairs, to get around. Plus, being just a short walk from the elevator made everything that much more accessible.The unit was also stocked with everything we could possibly need—so thoughtful! We didn’t have to run out for those little things we always forget when packing. It was incredibly well-kept and had plenty of space for everyone.The location was another huge plus. Just off the main strip of Pigeon Forge, it was super convenient to get in and out without the hassle of extra driving or traffic. We could easily head to all the attractions and then return to the peace and quiet of the resort.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

One of the best places I’ve stayed

I’ve been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for 30 years and this was one of the best overall places I have stayed. Clean, luxurious with room for my family of 2 married couples and 3 children under the age of 2. Parking is great and the condo is conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I will stay again and again if it’s not booked!! Owners were fantastic to rent from!

Great place for a family reunion

This property is as described with four bedrooms with ensuite baths. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We did contact Richard a couple of times during our week-long stay. He is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations!! Beautifully decorated for Christmas!! So clean and inviting. Great view of golf course. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Outstanding location near Dollywood. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay.! The spa is very nice. Loved our massages. Couldn’t ask for better hosts and hospitality!!!

Superior set up

This condo is decorated stylishly, and it functions perfectly! The furniture arrangement and the condo layout give everyone privacy and room to unpack their belongings. The owners provided coffee filters, coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soaps with extras, and more. They also have fans and ample beach towels and floats. This is the first rental that didn't have a huge list to do before leaving, and in fact, they sent a message saying NOTHING is required to be cleaned before checkout. Also, we have found it to be common practice to ask the renters to "tip" the cleaning service if everything is acceptable. The owners of this condo did not ask that! We really appreciated this because we don't feel that passing those costs on to the renters is acceptable. Richard and Cheri have thought of everything possible to make their place an stress-free environment from booking to checking out! I would choose this location and layout over the big cabins we have stayed in on past trips. This is a condo to remember for future trips! The Three Bears store is a great store for souvenirs and for letting kids play in the arcade and see the live bears. All instructions for using the keypad are laid out very clearly, and we had no issues that we had to inquire about. We hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely perfect!

My two sisters and I brought our parents here for a long weekend and we loved this condo!! It was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. It was also convenient to the parkway and everything we wanted to see and do. We will definitely stay here again!

Every need was anticipated. The condo was well stocked, even gad beach towels and lazy river floaties. This condo has everything Plus elevator? Great parking. Loved balcony. Best Stay at Riverstone in our whole 10 plus years at this resort!

Clean~clean-clean- stocked with all the lil extras that make it soo nice! Seasonings- bags- beach towels- crock pot - plenty of utensils- make up wipes- laundry detergents by the bag!! NOT JUST ONE OR TWO! All furniture is comfortable ~ quality dishes and pots to cook with. Easy to communicate with recommend this rental 1000 times over.

This place is beyond amazing

First, the resort itself is wonderful. It is a beautifully well-kept property with some great amenities-indoor pool, lazy river, bounce pad, playground, gym, spa, golf, creek trail-very conveniently located. We took the trolley around the corner to Dollywood for $3/person all day instead of $25 parking. Free park at Patriot Park and hop around PF for $3 all day. This particular unit was perfect. They literally have thought of everything. It was spotless, smelled so clean, well-stocked, easy parking under the bldg out of the sun, easiest walk to all the amenities, floats, lawn chairs, cooler, pack-n-play, pool towels, games, books, starters of everything you need and the best part was super easy cleaning responsibilities at check out. All 3 of my adult children asked for us to return here in the future. No one wanted to go anywhere; everyone wanted to spend every free moment in the lazy river. We feel so blessed to have just had a perfect family vacation in no small part to the location we chose.

Great condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and conveniently located. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into trying to provide the best experience for their guests (providing pool towels, puzzles, games, books, etc.) We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect! family of 9 2yr-70yr

We have stayed at this resort multiple times before in a same condo layout. This was by far the best! Everything was there that we needed. Grandma and grandpa had master bedroom mom and dad had one room with a large enough bathroom to fit a pack and play for our 2 year old. Other two bedroom slept all the older kids no problem! The resort is awesome pool during the winter and pool and lazy river during summer! Also golf at your finger tips is a big plus in my book! When we go down again we will definitely be trying to book this unit again! Also very easy access off main road for island Dollywood etc etc Hands down the best one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at in pigeon forge area!

We have stayed in many condos/houses on VRBO. This condo is definitely one of the best! The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Our Family Vacation

This property was simply beautiful. We could tell that the owners take great pride in providing great accommodations for their guests. From the spacious bedrooms, each with its own bath, to the kitchen and dining area, to the living room, to the balcony overlooking the golf course. The decor in each room is simple and elegant.The hosts provided everything that we needed to make this a home away from home. We had books to read, games to play, and even puzzles. They provided towels for the pool, floaties for the lazy river (which my family loved), and even a cooler with ice! We also enjoyed the daily fresh baked cookies provided in the reception area. This property is also located only minutes away from other attractions and venues. My family and I are definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing

We had the best time at this resort. The condo was beautiful! It was well stocked and the owners were available if we needed them! We were in town for a family reunion and it was a 3minute ride to the other home and minutes from anything you needed, entertainment, restaurants, gas stations, and even Dollywood! My kids and mother in law were thrilled to have their own room and bathrooms! Checkout was simple and much appreciated! Will definitely book again! Thank you!
