This Condo is IMMACULATE! So beautifully decorated. The living room furniture and beds are so comfortable. The Kitchen was well-stocked and so were the bathrooms.The location is prefect, as it is so close to all shopping and great Restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful property! We’ve stayed at Riverstone before and this was the nicest yet! Loved that the unit included floats for the lazy river (good luck getting an adult sized resort float at peak times) and nice large beach towels.

Exceeded expectations!

We brought our son, daughter in law and grandchildren! This couple couldn’t have done one thing to make our stay any better than it was! Beautiful spotless condo! Tons of room and many extras ! Highly recommend this one and we will be back! Our 2 grandchildren loved everything about it and our son is a golfer so he was happy just to sit on the deck overlooking the gold course! Beautiful!

Best place to stay in Pigeon Forge

Let me start by saying that this is by far the best place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The condo is spotless, very accommodating, and exactly how it's described. Whether you want to sit on the porch with your coffee and watch golf, or swim at the pool or lazy river with towels and floats included, or stay in and play games while someone cooks in the fully stocked kitchen...this place has it all. It's very centrally located to everything. We got to any restaurant in the area in minutes, and Dollywood is 5 minutes down the road. If you have a group of people, family reunion, or just a few friends, don't hesitate to rent this condo. You won't regret it. We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo. It was big and roomy and the kitchen was stocked with everything and more than most condos. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night and you didn’t hear people walking around above you or hear people below. It was just an awesome place to stay. It was close to everything. We’ll definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom condo. It was perfect for a 3-generation family visiting Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament. Everyone loved having their own private bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were open, comfortable and well-appointed. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that as a private condo within a public resort, it was odd not to have the support of the resort. However, it was not an issue for us personally. Also, there is no restaurant on the property so be prepared to make your own meals, have them delivered, or bring in carryout if you don't want to eat out all the time. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely return if our travels bring us back to Pigeon Forge!

The condo is perfect for families and groups where you need privacy but don’t mind sharing meals together. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, spacious closet, king bed, tv, and is spaced out to where early risers won’t wake the others. It has everything you could possibly need - the kitchen is stocked with all appliances and tools you could need, there are beach towels, pool floats, camp chairs, a decent book collection, a washer and dryer, even umbrellas! The second floor location is perfect because you can just take the stairs up or use the elevator nearby. It was impeccably clean. The communication with the hosts was above and beyond. You are getting the owners directly - not a property management company - and for a lot of properties that makes a huge difference! It was really the best rental condo/house experience I’ve had in the past 15-20 years. We are hoping to come back and stay here on our next trip to PF.

A Wonderful Trip!

The resort was located in close proximity to a ton of restaurants, shopping, and activities. I was anticipating a ton of traffic but there was minimal. The check in process was easy and the detailed communication from the host is what made it that way. The condo was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were nice. The lazy river and indoor pool was never too crowded for us to find a spot and enjoy it. Overall, our family had the best time and we would book again here if we come back to the area! Wonderful hosts! 10/10

Perfect Pigeon Forge Location

We spent a week in Pigeon Forge for a dance competition at The LeConte Center. The condo was an easy drive there & back each day & super close to Dollywood. We enjoyed the resort lazy river & indoor pool. The condo was well stocked with swim towels & floats. Great pre-visit communication from the owners. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay: beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our family ranged in ages with kids, adults, and seniors and we all loved our stay! Property owners were very responsive and helpful. The location was great. Loved cooling off in the lazy river & indoor pool using the floats & nice beach towels provided by owners. We had fun playing family board games that were available in the unit. Covered parking kept our cars shaded and cool. Highly recommend this unit!

We stayed here last year and it was so perfect we came back a year later. Everything is provided. All you need to pack are your clothes !! This condo is beyond nice, beautiful and comfortable. It’s spotlessly clean and furnished with high end appliances and decorations. I can’t say enough good about it. It was perfect !!!! We are planning on returning again !!!!!!!1 million percent loved it. !!!!

5-Star Review: Perfect Family Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this 4-bedroom resort! First and foremost, the host was absolutely fantastic—hands down one of the best we’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. So refreshing to have such an honest and helpful host!The resort itself was in top-notch condition. It was perfect for our family, especially my 5-year-old niece, who had the best time splashing around in the pool. It was a real highlight for her, and we loved how safe and kid-friendly the whole place was.The layout of the 4-bedroom unit was ideal, with all the rooms being conveniently located on the same floor. This made it so easy for my dad, who can’t do stairs, to get around. Plus, being just a short walk from the elevator made everything that much more accessible.The unit was also stocked with everything we could possibly need—so thoughtful! We didn’t have to run out for those little things we always forget when packing. It was incredibly well-kept and had plenty of space for everyone.The location was another huge plus. Just off the main strip of Pigeon Forge, it was super convenient to get in and out without the hassle of extra driving or traffic. We could easily head to all the attractions and then return to the peace and quiet of the resort.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
