This beautiful five-bedroom, five-bath home Gulf front home is nestled on the East end of Panama City Beach and is just a short drive away from St. Andrews State Park, Pier Park and other great attractions. With 3100 sq. feet, this home has plenty of room for the whole family or friends getting together. Enjoy beautiful views from three gulf front balconies or from the living room, dining room or kitchen! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for those perfect meals together. A large dining room table seats eight and there is a nice size serving bar that can seat an additional four. The first floor also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The pool area has nice loungers, a table set that seats six and several other chairs for additional seating. The pool is large enough for multiple people to enjoy at one time. The first-floor bedroom has two queen size beds and cable TV. There is a full-size bathroom with access off the bedroom and the hallway.

Head on up to the second floor of this home and you will find two guest bedrooms and the master suite. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa that pulls out into a full-size bed. This room also has cable TV and a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, cable TV and a full-size private bathroom. The Gulf front master suite offers a king size bed, TV, large master bath with garden tub and separate shower, and nice size balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

Located on the third floor is the fourth guest bedroom with two king size beds and one queen size bed, full size private bath, wet bar and balcony.

This home also offers wireless internet for your use. Parking: The home has a garage that will accommodate one vehicle and up to two more in the driveway, an additional parking spot is available across the street at the Alibi. Parking pass is requried. The location is great. The house itself is not being taken care of very well. The owners have let it go. Things were already broke when we got there. We stayed at the same place last year & the things i listed about the walls or doors were still messed up. It looks like no one has ever touched the place. It wasnt cleaned very well either. There was dust & sand under the beds & dressers. Heck i found some pills under the dresser. There were some bugs in the bath tub. The pool/deck area is falling apart. Grass growing around the pool thru the concrete. The chairs & poolside tables are old & rusted. It was just dirty. The 2nd floor balcony has soft spots. Almost felt like we were going to fall thru. The attached next door house is being renovated & there was no one there at all. I think it time for this one to be done as well. Overall though we had a great time with family & friends during our stay. Just disapppointed with the house this time especially for what we had to pay.

The location of the property is great, and it’s really nice to be right on the beach with your own pool. However, it appears that the property is not kept up, and it’s been a very long time since updates have been made. The furniture in the living room is dingy, worn, and the cushions are out of the chairs with dips in them. The patio furniture is old and worn. The house has alot of old furniture and items sitting around that are broken and no longer work, but these items haven’t been cleaned up—whether inside, outside in storage, or piled in the garage. The property has great potential, especially for the size and location, but it just appears that the owner doesn’t take an interest in doing much with it. The house was the size we needed for our group size, but aside from that, we won’t be returning for future visits to this property.

Great location & space. The house needs updates & better cleaning services.

We loved the location. Easy access to the beach & not crowded. The house had plenty of space for 3 families to stay. We did have an issue with checking in as we never received a code & had to call. Also the cleaning service could have been better considering I'm getting charged a cleaning fee. And the fact that I had to do a majority of their work for them I feel I should be reimbursed for that. We had to sweep the floors, straighten up the patios & furniture take out trash, & clean up. The cleaning crew won't have too much left to do. Besides that it was a good time.

Amazing rental!!!

Everything about this property was perfect for our family! We had 6 kids, the open 3rd floor had 1 king, 2 queens and a full bath which was perfect for all of them. The only thing I can think of that I would change was the bar across the street. It was very loud with music and karaoke until about 1am, so the 2 rooms on that end of the house heard it. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental!!!

Couldn’t ask for more!

The house is conveniently located, with easy parking. The neighborhood is quite. A cute little restaurant is across the street for all three meals. The living area is large and accommodated 17 easily. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The pool is small, but adequate. Short walk to the ocean. 10/10 recommend!

Loved the location!!

We have 4 generations that meet for a spring break get away. We loved the number of rooms and bathrooms, the large kitchen, the deck looking out at the pool and beach. We thought the location was wonderful. There were some things that needed repair and they were tended to immediately. We will book again!!!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. Big house with a great beach out front. First thing the heat didn’t work on the first level. It was 61degrees inside. The pictures online are not accurate. The bedroom arrangement on one of the rooms is different. So they should update that online. The place needs to be run through and given some TLC. They need to start by firing the cleaning service. There was only 1 towel in the master bath. Only had 12 towels for 18 people. Thankfully we brought our own towels. The baseboards and along the floor have not been properly cleaned for a long time. Thick film of crud. Server also facets leaked. Rusty chairs by the kitchen bar. There was fluid spills along the wall by the bar and on the floor. The door leading outside was very difficult to open. So it’s safe for kids and weaker adults not to be able to get outside. The pool deck had weeds growing all over. Just didn’t look like anyone takes care of that. On the stairs on deck going out to the beach was a full row of nails about 3 inches long. Thankfully no one stepped on them!! Basically it’s a nice house that’s been used and not maintained well. Great view and local restaurants nearby. We had fun but that’s the deal with the house.

Beach house was very spacious and did come with full kitchen and items for a fun stay! However the cushions on all chairs, couches and rugs very nasty! We stayed in room downstairs - bed is awful. Only small frying pans and no cushions for pool area at least nothing you would use. Pool was super clean and walk to beach was great! Bar is across the street so be ready for night music. Bar does have great food and music! House just needs new stuff and deep cleaning - could be better!

Yea you’ll be on the beach... but...

If you are looking for a spot on the water you’ll be set however, if you care about any other aspect of your stay do not rent! Upon arrival, the downstairs A/C was not properly cooling. Owners were alerted to this immediately. The owners then pointed the blame on us despite the fact we had just arrived and had not touched the thermostat. Which by the way is one of many bothersome signs throughout the unit like do not wash your makeup off your face with our towels. Really? What do we use then? Next let’s talk about the amenities, the best part of the outdoor space is the Trex decking. This is it; the patio desperately needs weeding and pest control. The patio furniture is moldy and uncomfortable. Be ready to take a huge step down to the beach so if you have senior adults or anyone physically limited do not bother. This unit needs a desperate deep cleaning; good luck opening the sliding door to the deck because the track is covered in mold. At least our children couldn’t easily get in or out! The bathroom toilets both on the third floor and second floor constantly ran; the third floor even leaked. Lightbulbs in multiple rooms were burnt out. The TV’s on the third floor and second floor did not work. We shouldn’t have to worry with these inconveniences on vacation. The unit adjacent to us had construction workers each day; one day decking was being torn out, one day they’re sawing concrete and beams with concrete dust flying everywhere in our faces, then they proceeded to park in our LIMITED parking spots. Multiple cars in your family? Keep it to 2 or less! The issue is we were happy to be together as a family and we were willing to just grin and bear it through this rental but it is definitely not worth the price. Half maybe. No wonder it’s non-refundable. But hey, If you don’t care about any of these things and just want a semi comfy bed and direct access to the beach; go right ahead.

A Great Beach and Pool Location for a Group

The beach and pool proximity of this home is awesome. Spacious design and layout of house was perfect for our multi-generational family of 12. Large living and dining area and big kitchen accommodated lots of people. That said, The house needs lots of repairs and TLC. The management company promptly responded to our call for AC service.

So dirty we had to spend a day cleaning

I can only say do not stay here. It was so dirty it was disgusting. Bedding was not changed. Fluid stains on comforters, dirty sheets with pubic hair, mold and scum in every showers and kitchen sink, counters were fifty, pool deck was full of garbage and broken toys, previous renters left their grill and garbage. Oven was so disgusting we didn’t use it. Fridge stopped keeping cool sometime Thursday night abs our food was spoiled. Throw pillows were so dirty and full of stains, back door didn’t lock, when it rains it also leaks. Bodily fluid on bathroom floor. Every utensil was dirty abs the potholder and tea towel were fifty and crusted with food. The dining chairs are falling apart, bar stools crusted with food and stains. Pool lights don’t work. The small appliances they had were covered in dirt and grime.. only a few remotes had batteries. The middle 2md floor room is NOT a king it’s two queens. We had to wash everything on arrival and clean to the tune of losing a day. I love the beach and will pay whatever is needed to stay at a nice place. I will never stay here again. Maintenance told us there is so much wrong with this place abs the owner won’t fix the things: housekeeping said it needs a deep clean. I told housekeeping they need a new housekeeping company as it wasn’t cleaned. Oh and the mattress covers are disgusting I asked them to please wAsh them and it’s not their job. It’s also not their job to clean the pool deck according to them. Fridge in garage does not work it was full of mold. We will not be staying here or recommending to friends.

The location was amazing. The check in and communication with property manager was a bit tedious. Instructions sent after we made the reservation did not match the emails we received from the property manager and there was no information on the check in process, I had to call the morning of check in to find out what the process was.

We brought a big group of friends down for spring break and had a great stay. Property isn’t super up to date or in the best quality but if you’re looking for a fun and cheap getaway this is a great pick. Very close to neighbors outside was the only downfall. Some sinks and bathtub having leaking problems and some appliances need updating. Great beach location.

Girls Trip vacation

Had a great time and the house Was perfect for our group and is in a good location but the house needs a few improvements. We were told we could check in early if the house was available. We arrived at 2 pm and clearly the house was empty and the cleaning people had cleaned but we were not given the code until 3:30 pm after 2 calls. It was a bit frustrating when we knew it was ready. The house is in need of a few new appliances. The dishwasher is very old and needs to be replaced. It’s not secured to the cabinets and moves around. The refrigerator in the garage does not get very cold and needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door leaks when there is a hard rain. The pool/patio furniture is very worn and needs to be replaced. There is a sharp object sticking up on the deck that several of us stepped on but then placed a carpet over it to hide. Several utensils and spatulas in the drawer were dirty and needed to be washed before we used. We had a great time and the house was great for our group but it could definitely use some improvements which would make it cleaner and better!

The property may be on the cusp of decline. We stayed during a raining period and the house has some serious leaking issue (at the sliding door on the main level and in the master bedrm on 2nd floor (about midway down the entry hall...probably just below the 3rd floor balcony). The light in the pool was not attached and was free floating when we got there. Balcony tiles on floor 2 and 3 are loose. Since the cupboards are that coated board, they are cracking in several places. The unit is lovely and we enjoyed our stay, but it is in serious need of some TLC..

SOILED SHEETS AND SOILED COMFORTER

Upon our arrival on Tuesday, we noticed that the Master Bedroom Comforter was stained. After pulling back the comforter we realized that the sheets were soiled as well. We called the office to report this. I went to Walmart and bought new sheets but asked for another comforter. The office was going to bring a comforter right away. It never was delivered. We bought blankets from the Walmart. On Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) we awoke to NO hot water. I called the office and left a message. No problem. I0t was Thanksgiving Day. However, when someone did call back he said that he had the wrong number and hung up. I called back asking if he was with Resort Destinations and he hung up on me. Each time I dialed the number back he would hang up. Mind you, I knew that it was the number I had called earlier. Someone from the office finally called back saying that the maintenance guy had come by but couldn't get in the gate. When he finally came back, he fixed the water heater AND brought the comforter that was supposed to be delivered 2 days earlier. On Friday morning, we lost hot water again. Needless to say, we were not pleased with our experience.
