We went for two nights during a Disney visit. The 2 bedroom unit was large, comfortable and updated. However, the water pressure in the showers was below lack luster and the water temperature was either burning hot or frigid.

No entiendo porque no se hace la limpieza TODOS LOS DIAS, pues la tarifa diaria entiendo que cambia por el rango de ocupación y no porque los dias que no hay limpieza la tarifa es más económica. Tampòco entiendo porque cobran estacionamiento si solo se puede llegar en automovil a las habitaciones. este cargo no existia anteriormente y deberían en todo caso incrementar la tarifa considerando YA el estacionamiento

Get the guy out

It was awesome except for when I went to get my parking pass and the guy there didn’t listen after offering me a 90 min tour for 200 dollar gift card I told him I wasn’t interested 3 times but he insisted so I picked a date let him go through his speech and then declined again, he then proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time. That person shouldn’t be talking to patrons or guest at all. Everyone else was terrific and so was everything else

The main pool across from the Cascade is wonderful. The bathroom in the one bedroom king villa is awful. There is no counter space. Very hard to get ready!

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were great and so helpful. They had so many things to do and the hotel was close to so many things to eat and do. Most definitely staying again!

The room was great, the pools were awesome and my family and I had an amazing time! Check in took about 5 minutes which was a breeze!! My family and I had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place. Only downfall is checking in, and getting hit with a $25.00 Parking fee .. it's literally parking spots in front of your villa they charge for.... Already paid up front paid resort fee, got hit with $150 deposit and $25.00 non refundable parking fee

We stayed here for a tournament. The location was great, amenities were great for adults and kids, I would say two things to be mindful of are market is very pricey and not a lot of gluten free options.
