This place was great for the one night we stayed. I did choose this location because of the theme shuttle but beware that the pick up and drop off hours are limited. We chose to take an Uber back-and-forth and it was about 6 to 7 dollars each trip. The room was clean and the pools looked nice! Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them. Will consider staying here again on another trip. The room has a fridge and microwave, bonus for us to warm up our leftovers. The staff was extremely helpful and we were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and stay a little bit later for no extra charge.

Room was fine, but water was just warm. I told the staff while checking out, no apology acknowledged. No offering for any sort of concession for poor water pressure and just warm water in shower. Location works well because we needed something close to Disney Springs

The bathroom smelled like sewer gas our entire stay. It was so bad that we had to keep the bathroom door shut and fan on at all times. On our last night, we had someone try to kick our door in and had to call security. Will not stay here again.

Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the beds were really nice. When I got into my room the AC unit was malfunctioning. I called the front desk and within 20 minutes I had a functioning AC unit.

The bathroom floor had a leak, the light on the night table did not work, we had to change rooms as the first room featured a front door that was difficult, to say the least. Staff was kind nd.

Bang for your buck. Mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but the hotel as a whole is well-kept and has nice amenities. The side facing the interstate is very loud. But the parking lot side was much quieter.

Room was clean, convenient to the parks, pet friendly. Shower faucet had issues- wouldn’t tighten and there was a constant trickle of water. Had to keep the bathroom door closed in order not to hear it while sleeping. Towels didn’t seem 100% clean- a couple had “reside.” AC wasn’t efficient. Had to put it on 65 to cool room. Thank goodness the weather was cool. Fair experience
