This was a nice place to stay. In fairness regarding cleanliness it was probably not worse than other places. Our socks got dirty from the carpets. We have stayed in rooms with wood floors which are easier to keep clean. We stayed 3 nights and ran out of coffee in our room the second day. It was not resupplied for the rest of our stay. Our tissue box was empty the second day and was not replaced. This is not earth shattering but something offered not provided is not truly a benefit to compare to other competitors. To stay in the future there will be a $10.00 parking fee nightly. I have no idea what that is about. The stay met our needs so I am grateful they were there.

I liked the property and the activities for the kids . It was quiet and we felt safe while there . The only issues were the WiFi and the food that could be better. There aren’t explanations as to all the dining options so if you don’t do research then you won’t know or pay when you may not have to . The food quality and options could also be better in my opinion. I didn’t see that they advertise diet accommodations . Overall great stay and I’d definitely stay here again .
The splash pad was a hit for adults and kiddos alike .. loved this !

Had a wonderful 8 night stay at the Rosen Inn LBV, the room was basic but clean, trash was emptied daily and towels replenished. Bed linen was changed twice during our stay. This is our second visit to the Rosen Inn and we will be returning in September for a 3 night stay. Would recommend the Rosen Inn its location is central, it has a decent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. The pools are clean and towels are supplied. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Place needs a serious update

This property is disgusting. Our room in building 3000 was extremely dated, with stained carpet, poorly functioning water (lack of hot water), splatter marks on bathroom walls and doors, and a mini fridge that barely kept items cold. The breakfast buffet was overpriced and poor quality for what you pay. If you're considering making any purchase at the "convenience" store, spend the extra minute and drive to Walgreens down the road. Prices are outrageously inflated. A budget hotel that expects much more than what is worth.

Loud given my room was on the freeway side and had shower issues. I had to choose between hot water or good water pressure.
