This is our go to hotel every time we come to Orlando. Best sleep I have and I never sleep in hotels. Very quiet providing you ask for a room facing the parking lot. We always stay in building 4000 and it’s so nice and quiet. Beds are comfy. Breakfast has food options and tasty. Never used the pool but it looked nice. They have a splash pad that looks cool for kids. Premium outlets scores the I4 and lots of food options nearby. Great hotel for a great price. They started charging $10 a night for parking which I believe is reasonable. Also it’s a gated hotel so there is security there 24/7 so we always felt safe. We will be back.

Not the cleanest room in my opinion. There were a few dirty spots on the floor and in the bathroom. Rooms are outdated. Wifi is bad and connection in the room is bad. We can also hear easily noise from outside in the rooms. If you’re looking to save money and don’t mind compromising it’s ok. For me personally. I won’t be coming back..”

First I’d like to say I was looking for a decent hotel that was a place to sleep with breakfast. When I arrived I was given a room that smelled like damp or wet of some sort. The staff moved my family to another room right away. The next morning went down for breakfast to find out it apparently wasn’t included(pretty sure it was when I booked) asked how much to find out it’s $18usd per person :o. The stay was fine the back patio was great to go rest with the family afterwards. Hotel rooms could use a bit of an update beds are defiantly more of a rv Queen size not a standard queen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Disappointing that one of those discount “come see our timeshare and we will give you discounted tickets” booths is in this hotel. Why not have a service that hooks up your guest with helping them get actual tickets. Also the shuttles are not very often so ended up paying for parking too for two parks. All in all should have booked a more expensive hotel as I ended up spending the same

The room was musty. The pet fee is a fair price but the pet friendly rooms are unattractive and noisy.There is no tv remote and no one has delivered a remote in spite of two calls. It’s an old outside corridor hotel. I won’t be back - the rooms are small and outdated - very poor Lighting in the parking area.

We stayed here for one night. It’s exactly as to be expected for the price. It is a good value, but it’s also a bit outdated. However, it’s very clean and the restaurant and other amenities are great.
