The location is 5/5 for staying off Disney property. The staff was pleasant. The pillows come in 3 different levels of soft or firm which is nice. My 3 rating comes from the cleanliness of my bathroom. There was little hairs still in the bathtub and used acne patches stuck to the walls which tells me they weren’t throughly cleaned.

Rooms could use serious updating. Check in staff very accommodating. Gate security always with a smile. The $10 a day parking is terrible. For a place like this it should be complimentary. Guest may choose this particular Rosen because of the lower rates and the extra $10 should be mentioned on the online advertising.

I gave this an ok because the room was clean. The issue I had was if you arrive before the 4pm check in time (we arrived at 3pm)….it is an early checkin fee of $50.00. Also the front desk staff is not very friendly. When I dropped off the keys at checkout…there was no one else there and the woman behind the desk just looked at me and said nothing….maybe a thank you or have a nice day would be nice. I have stayed here before but I think this will be my last stay.
