I recently stayed at this hotel for the fourth time, and unfortunately, it will be my last. While the rooms are spacious and well-maintained by housekeeping when they do come, there were several issues that significantly impacted my stay. I’ve never had to pay for parking at this hotel before, and if I had known about this cost upfront, I would have chosen another place to stay. Additionally, the room itself could use some updates, as the carpet and walls had noticeable stains. The shower pressure was also very weak, making it difficult to feel clean after a long day at the theme parks or the beach. Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, which is too early, especially when you’re on vacation and want to sleep in. I also had trouble getting extra towels when needed, and housekeeping only came every other day, which feels like a cheap way out considering the cost of the stay. To make matters worse, some of the silverware was dirty. Given these issues, particularly the added parking fees and limited housekeeping service, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was convenient and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff—they were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by such a warm and welcoming team. The only downside to my stay was the parking. While the hotel itself was fantastic, the cost of parking really added up over time. It would be great if there were more affordable parking options available for guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent staff, just be prepared for the extra parking costs.

The suite was lovely for 1 night, wouldn't want to spend a week though, a little small. Parking is not included, that surprised me. If you think this is the best deal, add another $30 USD for parking. The shuttle to the airport isn't 24hrs and started too late for us to be able to use. I couldn't find a staff member when I was checking out.

One day as I exited the property while staying here for a week, a large gutter fell from the top of the building and I really could’ve been injured or worse. I saw one of the cleaning staff come out and drag the piece of property away. One of the side doors to the outside does not work when you try to get back in with your key and I made the front desk aware of this and the man just shrugged and said yeah, we know

Housekeeping and food service staff were amazing. Breakfast was average for hotel offerings. Had several maintenance issues during our stay most of which were never resolved. Some of the Front desk staff rarely answer the phone and seem disinterested in being there.

It was very clean when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and kind from the beginning of our stay to the end. The facilities were very clean as well. Suite hotels are my favorite low cost vacation option. The room was clean, and adequately sized. The kitchen was tight, but quite functional. Full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cutlery, and glasses for four. There is a small assortment of pots and pans, with cooking utensils. Plus a toaster, and coffee machine. A decent breakfast is included daily in the lobby. You will find something for everyone. Make sure to try the Mickey waffles. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. Like others have mentioned, the daily parking fee of $28.75 (tax included) seemed a bit too high. Super convenient location. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely visit again.
