The place had cockroaches and the “manager” jhennette refused to help. When I asked for a refund to relocate she said no, then upon check out when asked how everything was and I said obviously bad she said “you could have left”. Yet she wouldn’t cancel my stay

The first room we were put in was dirty, but we let the staff know and they upgraded us to a king studio suite and it was incredible! The staff was amazing! They were very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is a scam. Be careful before you stay to check everything. My family and I went to the parks and only slept there for one night and they claimed we broke a tv. We never even turned on the television and even checked out before our time since we only stay there to sleep. Completely unacceptable, the television could've been broken before we came since we never checked if it turned on.

Great hotel.

This property was awesome. The rooms were clean. Thus staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was so good i slept all night. Only issue is the tiny entrance sign. If you bliknk you will miss the entrance.

I picked this hotel due to the reviews that said it was clean and you didn’t have to pay per night on parking. The room wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in but it definitely wasn’t clean. The tile at the front, in both rooms I stayed in, was sticky. Indicating it actually needs a good scrubbing. In the second room the fabric part of the bed was filthy and honestly pretty gross. For the price though it could be worth it. I stayed twice so it wasn’t horrible but definitely not clean as others stated.
