We pre-paid for a 2 Queen Bed Suite and when we arrived, we were sent to a 2 Queen Bed Standard. I showed the receptionist the receipt and said they do not have any. We were provided the King Suite and a roll away bed in a take it or leave it scenario. So we took it. The room was OK.

Everything was good, except for check in. We arrived at 2 pm for check in and the front desk would not allow us to pre-register. He just told us to come back after 3 PM when the rooms were ready. I ended up checking in through the app instead, so that our room would be waiting for us after leaving the theme park later that evening.

Room 424 needs new beds(felt like sleeping on bricks) tv is on its way out with spots in it. Not to mention the desk chair was gross with all the mess from others were there in the past. Not to mention not mold in the bathrrom. Breakfast was mass hystaria from the over booked hotel. Good luck to others who stay
