The friendliness of staffnwas not the greatest. We waited over an hour for the airport shuttle for pickup and after calling multiple times we ended up taking an uber it was extremely frustrating when it was already 11pm!

The internet didn’t work well and also staff support was limited. Had been waiting for the shuttle to hotel at airport for an hour. I have booked for 2 rooms and my friend ended up couldn’t show up because of emergency, hotel couldn’t gave her any money back even the taxes or cleaning fees

Staff was great at taking care of my concerns but the hotel needs upgrades. Lights kept flickering, roach found in room and breakfast items were lacking. It was nice to have shuttle service to and from the airport but next time I’ll splurge for nicer accommodations and Uber to the airport.
