My visit for 3 nights last weekend was perfect! I felt that this was due to the warm hospitality, courtesy and kind assistance shown by the amazing staff! I was on my own, thus often needed some support and assistance, and thankfully, every single employee I encountered was there to provide it. However, I am especially grateful for the consistent kindness, guidance and assistance shown by Shericka Rahming at the front desk. Her excellent customer service, combined with genuine warmth was a true bonus for my stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this stay

Front desk staff was so pleasant and kind. The area is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of central FL but not far from it where it’s inconvenient. Their housekeeping does every other day of your stay and was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend if you want to be within 30 minutes of the hustle and bustle and parks but need some peace and quiet.

Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing. Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room!

I loved everything about this hotel. Me & My husband always travel back and forward to Orlando very often and I must say this place is one of my favorite hotels I’ve been too in a long time. The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean . Beds very comfortable. Clean nice smelling sheets no old dusty smells like most hotel. The Bistro area is so nice, honestly very lowkey and romantic if you want to eat with your spouse at night. Not a lot of people chill in the lobby what I noticed but I definitely did, I had a drink, the prices for their top shelf drink are a lot cheaper than if you were to go to a bar .. definitely will be making this place my go to.
