The front desk staff are rude and doesnā€™t seem to like their job ā€¦ they have no patience with people and there concerns. I didnā€™t get the room I paid for until I kept calling to get som proper assistant upon arriving then all of a sudden the room I booked happens to become available 25 mins after them upsetting me ā€¦ as much as my kids enjoyed the water park and arcade I would never stay at this location again . The rooms are old and u wake up to bugs in your bathroom everyday. The rugs are ripped up and the sofa and microwave and fridge all have a smell. They can do better at this location . Itā€™s alot of fun but the employees are rude and lied about the room I booked sayin they were fully booked when they werenā€™t .

The resort was not what we expected! Tub was dirty and paint was peeling off the walls. The beds hurt our back. Beds were dirty. The linen on the beds had hard yellow stains. Our rooms werenā€™t ready until almost 7pm. Very bad first experience at this hotel.

The room was dirty. It smelled bad. The bathroom was broke. I kept calling downstairs for somebody to fix the toilet plenty of times The water slides was always broke. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. I only ate there one time and paid for breakfast for all four days. I'll be calling corporate today about this and a refund. And I will be leaving a review on the website today

Already booked our next vacation!

This was a spur of the moment trip and let me tell you, AMAZING! There was always seating by the pool. Always fresh towels available. The breakfast buffet was worth adding it into the room cost. Every night there was something going on for the kids to enjoy. And when they say "Quiet at 10" they absolutely mean it..crickets at 10 PM. Security at all times are walking around the 3 sections of the resort. Friendly and talkative. There are at least 10 restaurants WALKING DISTANCE from the hotel. A quickie mart across the street for snacks, drinks, suntan lotion, pool toys, all at a very reasonable price. Dunkin at the end of the parking lot that is open until midnight. My only complaint is there is no closet in the room or a place to hang cloths or hang bathing suits to dry out. Seriously consider this for a family vacation. Low key and you will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed the water facilities the pool, the waterpark were great and especially for the kids, restaurant and drinks are pricey but like anything else out of town. We enjoyed our stayed and everything was great.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and I must say it was better than what we expected. This was our first time staying here and it was great and staff was really nice and helpful to any questions or concerns we had. Food and drinks were overpriced so we ate outside of the resort. Highly recommend if youā€™re looking for a place that the kids can enjoy without breaking the bank. We'll be back for sure:)

The property itself was okay. Had an issue with the room I had paid extra and in the end they fixed it but was annoying that I needed to fix it in the first place. The extra couch was horrible, extremely uncomfortable and pretty much un useable. The water slide was meh. Not always open and they used a rolling system in which water slide was open every other hour. The little kid area was great but my kids were way older therefore didnā€™t utilize. There were so many people in the water that the water was murky. My youngest broke out. The breakfast was pretty good. The grits was amazing. The property seemed safe but the rooms did have an odor and seemed that they were in need of updating. But if you donā€™t plan on hanging out at the room all day it does the trick.

Property has a lot of amenities but is out dated. The water park was packed, but the property did have plenty of activities. You can literally just stay at the hotel but due to the crowd we didnā€™t. Also just a heads up you will be charged additional fees for parking and the water park. We were thinking it was included with the price. Apparently other people at check in didnā€™t know either.

This is our second time staying here and we still love it. The staff are so nice and accommodating. From check-in with Alex who made us feel so valued and welcome to Edgar who kept the drinks flowing and offered great conversation. Lots of stuff nearby for shopping, dining, entertainment.
