Our experience: room not cleaned was properly, no body wash in dispenser, after being told before booking we would not pay for parking, we still got a bill for $83 for parking and where told that's a third party controlling the parking lot. All Ice machines defective and complementary coffee station had no cups.

Staff great, amenities excellent, Room is only cleaned upon leaving during the stay only re stocked. If you’re busy and in and out it could do with a clean mid stay at least. Iron marked my clothes so don’t bother using this. Obviously been misused by someone. Tried to explain what happened, but gave up as it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Location perfect, siluowrmarket nearby, food outlets & 5 minute walk to Discovery Cove, 10 minutes to Sea World.

They do not use full mattress covers, they look to be just something covering part of the middle of the mattress. Disgusting. Empty shower toiletries. Dirty floors. Dirty pillows. Breakfast options unclear, we were sent to element for breakfast only to be turned away. Embarrassing. Will not be staying again.

The room was cute and well decorated but we had no privacy as a family of four. I would consider one of the suites if you like a little space. We couldn’t hear the people in the rooms surrounding which was nice but I was unable to get hot water being the third one to shower. Staff seemed pretty nice and we were close to the parks and some good restaurants. No free breakfast and parking is paid.
