Owners suite, with view of the golf course and water, and private bath on main level with individual vanities and ensuite bath. On lower level, you will find a direct walkout to backyard with 2 guest bedrooms/baths, with individual vanities/toilets and shared shower. An additional family room with 72" TV, overlooking a scenic backyard and private entrance is also located on lower level with wine cooler and mini fridge. TV's located in each bedroom as well as 2 family rooms and outdoor porch. Mt. Vintage has a 27 hole Championship Golf Course and Town Center with Jr. Olympic swimming pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. Mt. Vintage is conveniently located to downtown Augusta with a wide selection of restaurants and activities.
