Wall outlet wasn't working properly, and AC was not working. And when customer service was told about it, they told me they'll send someone and they never came. Also the elevator weight was very long. One situation took over 10 minutes.

This was our first time staying in FiDi, and it was a welcome change from the crowds near Times Square. The hotel directly overlooks the 9/11 Memorial site, and we enjoyed the short walk to the shops at the Oculus. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful as well!

Still waiting for a discount THEY offered first

My room was not ready when I got to the hotel nearly 2 hours after the check in time. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous and offered to discount my stay by $150 and also get me late check out. During this waiting period (as I was exhausted from a long flight), I went up to their over-priced restaurant for a very mediocre meal all while dealing with confused staff that did not know much about their hours or menu offerings. Long story short, nothing he said was honored at the end. My room key was promptly disabled at the regular check out time with no extension. I also had to request to have my folio adjusted and receive this discount and I still haven't heard back. Aside from these points, I'd say the property should be a 3-star at most, not 4-star. When I was waiting to check in, there were multiple other unhappy guests making their complaints. I wish I had stayed else where.

Hotel is great for the price perfect location if you want stay near Wall Street area, battery Park and World Trade Center Memorial. The staff were very friendly accommodating holding our luggage since we got there early in our room was not ready. Would stay here again.
