Friendly staff, great location, many dining options nearby and 2 close subway stations made this hotel a great choice. We paid extra for a premium room, high floor option and weren’t too impressed with our view (15th floor facing the office building next door). Definitely not worth the upcharge. The only rooms with any appreciable view are probably the Juliet balcony rooms on high floors in the front of the building.

Our stay was only one night but room 811, a corner room, was absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the front desk, the bell hop and the door man were all warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was wonderful to be right next to a Subway station, bus stop, and Bryant Park! Popular shopping was very walkable from the hotel as well. The staff was very friendly and engaged, and our room was clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations!

Each floor had a filtered water station with plastic bottles that one could fill and take to the room or when going outside. The high-quality bed linens made for comfortable sleep. There was a residents-only club on the 6th floor available for food or drink throughout the day and an outdoor patio where one could enjoy those while enjoying the lights of the city. We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed an excellent stay at the Park Terrace. I liked that it was a smaller property so I felt like the doorman remembered me when I would walk in/out. Room was small but adequate (I would say a smidge smaller than the average NYC hotel … I come to the city twice a year to visit family). I love staying next to Bryant Park! I didn’t see when booking the room if one could pay additional for a park view, because I would have done so. I love that I’m only a short walk to 2 different subway stations and Wholefoods. Can’t beat the location! I would return.
