This hotel is old and needs a make over....dirty carpets and furniture in the lobby was so dirty I didn't dare sit on it......after a day of travel I wanted a nice hot shower ...tub was clogged and there was some weird black filter on the shower head....so after waiting until past midnight for whatever they did to work...tried washing up in the sink but the hot water only trickled out....was told there was no other room to switch me to......was told they could "possibly" switch me the next day.....no one ever followed up....the hotel was quite busy ....but a call would have been nice....nothing. For the amount of money paid I was expecting much more....guess it was the location I paid for......very disappointing. Managers were also rude and not helpful.....also when I first arrived had to change room due to an odd smell.....very disappointing.....

Property was dingy and old. The room smelled like stale smoke and had been cleaned but had years of wear and dirt on it. It does not look like the photos. The lobby was more of the same. I booked a room with 2 beds but when we checked in they told us they had oversold those rooms and only had a room with a single king bed for my son and me. Staff acts like they don’t like there jobs and we’re not friendly like you would be used to at a much better hotel chain. NOT worth the money stay at one of the more well known chains. They also told me the ball drop view rooms (which I also booked but did not get) don’t have good views but I don’t know for sure because I didn’t get the room I booked. Hotel is about 1/2 block off the main strip. Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Planned the trip because it was my 12 yr olds dream trip and the hotel really disappointed us both and will be remembered as the worst part of our trip.

It is very close to Times Square and many other attractions are within walkable distances. It was quiet. Beds were heart. There was an air conditioner problem out last day but they were working on it.

I was told i could have an early check in @ 2 pm instead of 4pm. Staff kept me and about another 150 people waiting till exactly 4pm. Once i was abke to check in i was told i hade to pay another $130.00 for a destination fee above what i paid for on Travelocity! There was no food service to be offered. My room had a bathroom door that couldn't open all the way. There was no refrigerator in the huch area, and to top it off the huch doors hinges were sprung. Also the wallpaper was peeling in various areas of the room. They told me this was a high end room. I'd be scared to see their regular rooms. The

The hotel entrance and lobby is very impressive and nice. However the rooms needs updating. The furniture is worn and old bathroom needs updating but overall they stay was nice and clean just wished the rooms were more updated and modern. The view was beautiful

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff very friendly knowledgable and accommodating. Walking distance to theatre, Starbucks (next door) or casual restaurant Un Deux Trois. Fitness gym. My business needs near by. I would come again.
