The suite was huge and the views weee gorgeous, but there were a number of things wrong with the suite that made me wonder who was in charge. The heating/cooling system in the main bedroom was completely broken; the control panels for the temperature and lights didn’t work at all (and somehow the temperature said it was set to 183 degrees but each room that had working air vents had its own temperature that we couldn’t seem to change), the door to the main bedroom wouldn’t latch, the sofa in the main room had tons of food debris under the seat cushions, the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and one of the curtains in the main bedroom was coming off its hooks. The hotel refunded us a significant amount of money because all of this was bizarre and unacceptable.

The hotel did a "bait and switch". it presented us with a coupon offering a $35 discount on food and beverage. We presented it at breakfast and was told that it would be reflected in the total bill. Only to find out that it was not honored because we booked through Expedia and not through the hotel itself. Adding insult to injury was a horrible breakfast at astronomical pricing.
