We were very disappointed. My husband and I had planned a trip to New York on February 14th and paid a lot of money for the room. The room was dirty, there were blood stains in the bathroom, food scraps in the refrigerator, and the TV didn't work. Our room was right next to an unsealed exit to the street, and it was 60 degrees. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket, no comforter, and not a full set of pillows. One set of towels. The heater was fixed and we were given a blanket. But the hotel remains disappointing. No coffee in the room or in the lobby. And nothing but a bottle of water. And additional $25 per night.

First of all we was given a room that was occupied already it was scary and the clerk at the desk took too long to sign us in .Anyway I left the hotel that night felt uncomfortable to stay there .

This must have had an initial Investment to make it cute, then it stopped and the place is a crumbling, cold, dingy motel that should be torn down.

The heat was broken. We were supplied a tiny space heater that barely worked and no additional blankets. On a positive side, the room was a really good size compared to what you typically get in a NYC hotel. Luggage storage was available and we took advantage of that.

room was outdated, and furniture wasn’t in the best shape. super cold walkway to rooms. snow was pouring into the hallways because a cheap reinforcement they had broke and was allowing snow and freezing air in. got to my room and had no towels but they took care of me. staff was super nice tho!

Room was clean and neat. Great jon for the housekeeping. I always get back to a clean room, made bed and fresh towels. The front desk and staff were all courteous and pleasant to talk to. Very helpful and accommodating. Fridge in the room, microwave and water dispenser in the lobby.
