Was checked in by Destiny, that was the one who checked me in the previous visit. Same great service. Easy check in, Destiny was excellent. She was welcoming and greeted you by name when you left and returned to the hotel. Was very pleased with the service will return for another stay.

The neighborhood has come a long way over the years! Great shopping, near several train options including the PATH, subway, Penn station, Walking distance to time square or Chelsea. The hotel was tiny but had what we needed! Clean, great views, staff was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. Only complaints- make sure there is enough toilet paper and towels when there is room service. I wish they had the ability to serve food or at least small necessities. Otherwise we loved it and we slept like babies!! We stayed for 7 days!!

Very straight forward welcome felt as I just a number of reservation that’s all. The bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way. The space was extremely tight. If I knew all this before had I wouldn’t have reserved.
