The elevator situation was terrible!! Beware. We were waiting in hallways for 20+ minutes to take the elevator. We were on the 16th floor, so the stairway was not easy for a great option. In our 27+ years of traveling- this was the first “elevator problem” we’d ever experienced. Rooms were clean, extremely small, and after waiting in lines to get the included breakfast at 8:30am, we set our plates down and walked to a nearby restaurant- there were ZERO seats to eat your breakfast, and people standing everywhere. I read reviews about issues with the elevators but we found them efficient. Perfect location to be in the heart of it all. Close to the subway and Times Square, along with every shop and restaurant imaginable.

I wouldn't call a room large, but by NYC standards, this was one of the larger rooms I have stayed in as compared with other hotels I've been at. It's no frills, but it's modern, clean, and the location is perfect!

Unlike usual Hampton Inns elsewhere. Quite unpleasant stay. Tiny room. Breakfast was absolute zoo, impossible at any of the scheduled time. Everyone from the street seemed to pour in with no attempt to control access. I stopped going after second try. Pod Hotel Times Square was same room accommodation at half the price.

The front desk reception staff were terrific! They were very pleasant, took the time to answer any questions, very helpful, and very efficient. You would never know that you are in NYC!! The rooms are tiny but clean. The location was fantastic....close to Times square, Rockefeller center, and Bryant Park.

The staff was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say hello at all. The room was incredibly small. The outside was very stinky. Smokers were in all the non smoking areas. The worst was the staff. Never said welcome back. How are you today. Nothing. Overpriced for what we received.
