Staff was great. Stopover after a cruise. Ferry dropoff was about 4 blocks from hotel easy walk with 50lb rolling luggage. They hold our luggage until check in so we could explore the area

Room was clean but I booked a double queen room and was given a king with a roll away bed. Also, the room was very small. Parking is expensive but that is expected. You can find parking on the street if you hunt for it. Good location for food and sightseeing. Subway stations are close by.

It was a very nice room, nice helpful staff. I should have read the reviews to see that no microwave or refrigerator was in the King sized room but I didn't really need them since when you eat out in NYC the portions rarely leave you with leftovers 😂

This hotel charges $18 per day for morning coffee and danish. The rooms cost $180-$225 per day, for that charge coffee in the dining room should be included with the room price. I will find elsewhere to stay the next I visit New York.
