Terrible stay. Pictures misleading

Rooms do not look like pictures at all. More run down than what pictures show. If you have a pet, they put you in smoking rooms and wont make any exceptions if you have asthma. I would not book if you have a choice.

The hotel was not the type of place I'd want to stay in. Once I saw the room I completely canceled my room. And wanted a refund back, Because I booked the room on Hotels.com I was told that they are responsible for refunding my money.So I've reached out with 3 emails to hotels.com to see about refunding me back my money, and I have yet to hear from anyone..,

Let me say, I checked out as quick as I checked in. The floor was filthy, the pillows looked slept on, there was blood running down side of sheets, and possibly bed bugs. Totally disgusting.

They have bed bugs and when I told them they did nothing about it but change the sheets I wanted to be moved and they didn’t want to see the picture or video I had of it I booked for 2 nights only stayed one and booked another room somewhere else
