Beach access
We enjoyed our stay in the outer banks however a few issues with the property. First it is not convenient to a beach access location. It’s about a 5 minute drive to closest beach access. Your are essentially in the basement of someone’s home so essentially no view. Although they were not home much I did worry that while we were in the hottub someone would come out. The hot tub was amazing. So we did use it in the evenings.

Cozy Retreat
Enjoyed our 4 night stay here, nice quiet neighborhood with short walk to sound front which has amazing sunset views. Hot tub is a definite bonus! Only request would be for a fridge with freezer to hold ice. Had to stop and buy ice every day to put in a cooler. Overall really nice place, hostess was friendly and quick to respond to texts. Would stay here again!

Great lil studio
We loved the location of this studio. The bed was very comfortable, just wish it was easier to get in and out of (crawling over the outer person was a bit difficult). The place had everything we needed and the flowers and wine were such a nice gesture! The morning light definitely fills the room - so a darkening curtain might be a nice addition. The hot tub was much needed and appreciated during our stay. The blinds near the kitchen should be replaced with something that offers more privacy as even when fully shut there is a large gap between the window frame and the blinds. A new one set inside the frame or a custom outer frame to create the privacy would do the trick. The AC unit and remote didn’t work properly. So, a manual for that would have been helpful. Overall, the place is great - finishing touches on paint and trim will make it that much better. Thank you so much!

Great place!
This place is in a great location, was so clean, had everything we needed when cooking and even a washer and dryer if needed. The host was so sweet even left us a bottle of wine and fresh flowers! Highly recommend staying here!
