The staff was excellent. The only problem I have is that the thermostat kept resetting to 70° and I woke up in the middle of the night cold. Two the beds are akin to someone in their preteens. Meaning the beds should be at least 8+ inches off the floor and it was as though I was laying on the floor itself, not 3 inches off the floor. It was hard. But on a scale of one to ten ten being best, I'd rate you at 8. But I will see you next anniversary. Jocelyn beautiful personality. If I don't see her other than of her own doing, I'd be disappointed. One other young lady that I didn't catch her name, she had her son with her, very outgoing personality.

Overall just a disappointment!! We have stayed here the last 3 out of 4 years and probably won’t go back. The bed sucks, WAY too hard, the pillows suck the lighting in the bathroom sucks the room never warmed up even when we set the thermostat to 75 degrees. If you book through Hotels.com you won’t get a free breakfast anymore they charge $15 per person per day and I’d rather just go down the street to the toastery at that price. The bar is NO LONGER OPEN…..need to remove that from the listing. We will look for other options next year

The room was spotless! The staff is amazing! Bed was super comfortable and they had a soaking tub in the bathroom! The location was perfect. Will definitely stay there again!

Great location and clean, very pretty area and close to many shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. There was a bit of a musty smell and beds werent super comfortable. Wish that free breakfast was included with the stay.

Nice room but walls very very thin. Great location and parking. Really liked size of our suite. The patio door doesn’t lock from the inside and we have small children. They couldn’t help us resolve this issue so we had to go buy doorknob covers. Otherwise okay stay

The room was in an annex building on the 2nd floor with a non-working elevator. Fitness center and pool only in the main building 100 ft away. The mini fridge did not work. Staff said no maintenance available to swap it. They had us move to a other room down the hall. Pretty sure someone else was given our first room and likley still with the broken fridge. We wont be going back.
