Everything was great! We were glad to have the refrigerator and range top. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The outside picnic areas are so convenient. 100% would stay here again. If I really had to reach for a complaint it would be the water pressure in the shower. But even then, nice hot shower!!

This is going to be our go-to stay whenever we visit the Outer Banks, NC. I had a partial ocean view room, and it was lovely. Had the greatest sunrise experience on our private patio. The amenities of this place were great. Since I only stayed a day couldn't use most of it, so there will always be a next time.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were clean. Great beach access and an awesome lookout you can sit and hangout at. The house keepers did an excellent job cleaning our rooms daily. Will be back and hopefully booking the seabuilding room!

It was a great stay. Super close to the beach and easy access. Breakfast was crowded most days so we came back to the room. Very basic breakfast. We were in Jr. suite and I witting get anything smaller if I went back.

Loved it here!

This was our first time staying at John Yancey and it didn’t disappoint us at all! The staff were amazing and helpful. The pool was cleaned every morning before opening so it was always refreshing. The hotel is extremely clean I didn’t see one bug during our visit. It’s very easy to get to the beach with your things and little ones.
