Older property, staff at check in unwelcoming. Room was fine, similar to other HIE, though TV was an older model with no smart features or casting like we’ve had in other newer HIE. Breakfast was below average. No cold water to fill out bottles. Hot tub was not working. This was our third HIE in 4 nights and by far the worst of the 3.

I enjoyed the pool and fitness room, and the breakfast was solid. The back deck was also a nice touch. While the property was a bit close to the highway and somewhat cramped, it was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly, and the location was convenient—close enough to the South Slope area that Uber rides were inexpensive.
