Hello, when you check inn you have not declare your occupant which had include dog, We hear some customer are allergic to animal. After we find dog get in room You ask me to change room which is not available.On this web site you see our pet policy .Pets are not allow. We had sign in office if you not declare your occupants we ask you to leave with out refund. But till i did not ask you to leave.We can not allow dog in your room .We Are sorry but can not help you out what you think
