I like the Front Ocean View. All the appliances and furniture were OLD. Everything in this room was OLD. Did you ALL specifically just put me in this room. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE STAYED IN A ROOM THAT HAD OLD FURNITURE LIKE THIS. Even the rug was worn and needed to be replaced!!

The room had black mold on the walls, the pictures online was not what the room looked like, ask for non smoking but we smelled a lot of smoke, the room had a awful smell, and they could clean a lot better

Had elevator problems constantly, and they need someone to clean the dried goobers off the elevaor doors , very dirty inside and out you can tell they never get cleaned . The price was right tho

They had a variety of pools, and a breakfast restaurant along with a poolside restaurant. Share was available in the pool area. Access to the beach was also a plus. Room and property were clean. Parking is across the street but each strip is not connected so must turn around to get to the next row. They allow smoking at the front door so had to walk through smoke to get into front door. The noise of opening the slider doors in the unit above was too loud and an elevator kept getting stuck.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. the room however was a different story. There was stuff that looked like black mold on the headboard, lampshade, ceiling, and outside of the entry door. It took about 15 minutes for the bathtub to drain between showers. The bathroom door wouldn't close tight. Someone would enter our room even when we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and it would appear that they rummaged through our things, I would not stay here again!

This property is extremely run down, broken elevator for our tower, ripped and tattered carpet, dirty and dingy, something wrong w the fridge/freezer and it dumped out water all over our food and the floor. The “ocean view” was actually a partial view. I was expecting much nicer for what it claims to be. I could see it being a great location for family w young kids, but we had no desire to give up cleanliness and comfort for a kids water park that we didn’t intend to use.

This building is in need of updating. Our room had very old, dingy carpet and the room smelled musty. Everything in our room was old- curtains, furniture, carpet, lamp. Not a hotel we will ever stay at again.

My daughter and I had a girls weekend. The lazy river was very gross and really didn’t “move the water. There is no parking on the premises except to load/unload. There is parking across the street and a parking garage across the street. In all it was a great stay. Clean, friendly, great ocean view. We didn’t really come for the pool so that didn’t effect our stay.

Ice machine not operating on our floor. Elevators always slow. Phone in room did not work. Had to ask for towels, received two. Stayed seven nights, room was not maid up even once. Have stayed at ocean reef several times. Will not be back
