So lovely and reasonably priced

Overall I enjoyed the resort and would definitely stay again. It was clean, safe, comfortable, and fun. Amazing Bang for your buck with ocean view rooms and nice air conditioning, and super fun pools! My kiddo loved the splash pad and the large hot tub that kids were allowed in. Beach is right there. All that said, they were often out of pool towels and housekeeping never made up our room during the stay. It also took a couple calls before they responded to our request for more coffee, towels, and extra blankets - which we did get upon our second request thankfully. So, just some small complaints but overall great.

The room was clean and they make sure you have plenty of towels! The air conditioner wasn’t working properly the first night! We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately to fix it! It was fixed before we returned back! Will be staying at this resort again in the near future!

The resort is an older renovated property. It is very spacious and the amenities are excellent. However if you are used to a more luxury experience, it may not be your cup of tea. I would give the room a solid three, on the traditional five star scale.

You could see through the door frame. Room smelled horrible - damp and like dirt. Patio was nice but it smelled like pot most of the time when you were outside. Attendants were all super nice. Lots of kids running around without parents. Lots of unsupervised kids in all pools. Lots of swearing by other guests who were loud and running through the halls at all hours of the night. Need to clean up dirty towels and clothing left at pool areas - even overnight.

Housekeeping was poor. We asked for extra clothes and towels while she was making rounds for daily cleaning for convenience. Housekeeping said that we would have to get it from the Lobby not her even tho she had a cart full of fresh cloths and towels. Floor had stains on it. Door had what looked like splattered food on it. There was a disgusting couple literally hunching in the jacuzzi in front of children which made this property not family friendly. My kids weren’t able to fully enjoy because seeing this disturbed them. When informing night management of this act she offered no apology just stated they knew better and we should’ve called up front. We tried but our service wasn’t working in that area. Overall 4.6/10

Coral beach was very visitor friendly from check in to check out, Visited over spring break with my 18yr old senior and we had an amazing time. Conveniently right on the beach and a short distance from everything. The basement restaurant breakfast is okay too. Theres a Starbucks conveniently located onsite. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but we didn’t need much. Overall a good experience, would stay again.
