"The room is just about right for us and clean, has 2 water bottles of everyday replinish everyday. Room also has shoe cleaning kit. For location, very convenient for us as we took airport limousine bus though hotel is a bit far from Shinjuku Station but fine with us. Our room window is facing the metropolitan government building which is cool as you can see some of the light show. For food, the building has lots of convenient stores on the main and basement floor. Overall our stay was pleasant and hassle free."

"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August. The Room We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great. Location The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away. I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."

"Check in took a bit longer, as i had a trainee checking in but its fine. The service overall was great and willing. Their english was surprisingly. Very good. The hotel was clean. A couple of items i dislike. Laundry room was always full, but dont see it as a negative, at least they have it. Other is the drunks outside on the sidewalk but you have to understand what area you are staying in. Location overall was great. Would stay again"
