Decent spot in the heart of Miami Beach.

Nice place, clean, nice renovation of a heritage building. Noisy, but that's the area and we knew that going in. Would stay again.

Don’t forget to pre- check in, and don’t pay for the property waiver $27.. It’s a trap. My showering glass is not properly sealed and the water is all over the bathroom floor, I reported and received “nice” message stating it will be taken care of, I stayed for 3 nights, nobody ever came to fix the problem. Will not come back.

I enjoyed this property very well. There were many dining options right outside your villa but also more in walking distance. The beach is only 5 minutes down and great shopping all around. We did not have a car but if you have one just be sure to research public parking areas unless you do valet. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

10’s across the BOARD!

This is a true GEM! It doesn’t have a pool but we didn’t miss this amenity at ALL as we had access to a designated beach on blocks away from the property. The row of restaurants truly felt like an experience all on its own! We went to 5 different restaurants on Espanola Way right outside of our room and it was magical! This will be saved for years to come when we vacation in Miami. We didn’t have to take a cab anywhere! This location is perfect. The room was perfect. 10’s across the board!
