Room was clean and quite nice. Two room issues: 1. The heating/AC unit wasn't working properly. Turn the heat on to 70 and the room would get really warm. Too warm. Even setting it to 60 on the display would result in warm air coming out and the room getting too warm. We turned off the heat altogether and let the room cool down. A bit too cool is better than too warm. 2. I turned on the water in the tub and it was literally brown. It took a minute or two of running water for it to clear up but it finally did. We were able to deal with both issues ok and other than that the room itself was pretty decent. They have a fitness center, but it's pretty low end. The only treadmill is broken. One elliptical. They have a weight machine for a few exercises and a few lightweight dumbbells. No mats or benches for doing anything with the weights, and no water, towels, or sanitizer in the room. Breakfast was definitely low end. They had some waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Only apples for fruit. No yogurt, no bananas or oranges. It seemed like they were out of a lot of stuff and we weren't there late at all. Ice machine on the main floor was broken. I'd say the room was pretty good except for a couple of minor issues but the amenities need attention.

The good about my stay at Comfort Inn Suites was the staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. However, the bad is as follows: once inside the room checking for cleanliness, I noticed a spot on the sheet that was turned down with the comforter. I got a set of sheets from the front desk and as I was removing the covers, I noticed stains on the sheets further down near the foot of the bed and after taking them off, the mattress cover and the mattress pad were both stained also. I had to take all of the coverings off the bed.The refrigerator was extremely loud and it had so much ice inside the refrigerator that it froze food that I had in there (it needs to be defrosted), the trash can was dirty, the sleeper sofa looks like it needs to be replaced, the walls were dirty and needs repainting. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and there were rust stains on the bottom of the door frame, the water wouldn't get hot so the shower was warm but not hot, and I had to run the microwave 3 to 4 times to heat up food. Besides all of what's listed above, the location was good and the overall appearance of the interior and exterior of the property is good.

Pull out couch was gross and stained, no linen. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, hair left behind from previous guest. The food in the lobby was stale. There was a family above us that ran around and stomped for over an hour during late hours. The front desk was helpful with that. Staff was nice but overall I would avoid staying here again
