The studio is a bright, very clean apartment with a small galley kitchen which met all of our needs. The host is very friendly and accessible. We needed to be in Margarettville to be near family and this worked out very well for us. There is also a nice Albanian/Georgian restaurant across the street and a nice cafe around the corner for breakfast.

Susan, was available to answer our questions and even accommodated our request to extend our stay by days. The unit was very spacious and came with some comforts of home which we appreciated. I loved the hot shower, though my husband found it on the small side- it worked for us! The bed was comfy and the living room area was inviting. The A/C unit worked well, but we found it difficult to access the control panel when we needed to adjust the settings or turn it off as there was no remote, and it was mounted near the ceiling. Margaretville itself was a small neighborhood with a few conveniences that afforded us a quaint getaway. Thank you!

A Room in the Heart of Town

Location, location, location! This cozy unit is located right in the heart of downtown Margaretville. We arrived too late and left too early to enjoy the local offerings, but hope to return. The unit was as advertised, with a comfortable bed and kitchenette. The owner/manager definitely puts thought and care into the details.

We had a quick stay here for a local festival at Belleayre. The studio was so nice. Perfect for a couple. The local shops were cute and the breakfast cafe right outside the studio was amazing. Sue was easy to communicate with as well! 10/10

Cute spacious studio with fabulous parking. Everything was good except the bathroom sink didn’t drain as soon as we turned on the fawcett. I don’t know how the cleaning crew managed to clean it. Everything else was great and our stay was too short. This is a great location in walking distance to every thing in Margaretville. Thanks to Sue !!

We loved our visit to Margaretville. The apartment was well laid out and actually spacious. Very well appointed and comfortable. Susan was warm and responsive. Really enjoyed having our own home base while visiting family. We will be delighted to stay here again.
