There was no heat in the hotel for both nights. The outside temperature was in the low 40s. TV remotes weren't working. I paid full price for five rooms $1,585 two nights and am waiting for the deposit credit of $500 to be processed on my bank account.

– Not As Advertised I booked two separate nights at this hotel through a third-party site for a trip with my son. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a 9ft pool, an on-site restaurant, and a location that seemed safer and more comfortable for a family stay. Unfortunately, almost everything about this experience was a letdown. When I arrived, I found the pool was completely drained and the restaurant was closed. I spoke to the front desk and was told the property has been under construction since April, and that this information was supposedly on all the booking sites. However, the third-party site I used still listed all amenities as available — including the pool, which was a major factor in choosing this hotel. The room itself was dusty, with cobwebs in the corners, and clearly not well-maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and instead there was a loud portable unit set up in the room. The WiFi also does not work in the rooms — it only connects in the lobby area, which is extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hallway reeked of marijuana despite being a non-smoking floor. The parking lot and the area outside the lobby had no lighting at all in the evening, which made it feel unsafe coming and going at night. I had already prepaid and couldn’t get a refund due to the third-party booking, and there were no other nearby hotels with availability during my stay. If I could have left, I would have. This stay

Dirty room

Lets start ,no tv remote because maintenance went home. Blood stains on bed sheet, top sheet and bed cover. Yellow stain on bed cover. Used pillow cases, not clean ones. Foam padding on floor by tv. Second room, we were moved to a different room at 9pm. Mud on bathroom floor. Maid came in did not take dirty towels but did leave clean ones. Did not make up bed(our friend who we traveled with had his room cleaned and bed made ) Lazy cleaning staff. No coffee yesterday morning 8-20 or this morning 8-21,stale danish and bagels, rancid cream cheese, and no hot food at all. This has been the worst hotel experience i have ever had in a hotel. We will never stay at your hotel again EVER.

The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were small but clean. They are renovating so there are areas under construction. Not a big deal. We lost power in the middle of the night that affected my husband and I getting restful sleep with our CPAP's. Told the front and they said, "yeah it was out for a few blocks."

WiFi wasn’t available, and there was a power outage and had to get ready in the dark. It smelled like an old basement, damp water smell, and they had fans blowing all throughout the first floor. Not sure it there was a massive leak? Would not recommend.

Just an overnight stay, for early wake up to go to the airport. Convenient location, right off the thruway. Place was clean but dated. It would seem that they are working on improvements throughout the hotel. We arrived late and upon trying to check in, the desk clerk tells me there is no hot water anywhere in the hotel. Quite disappointing but we couldn't even try to find another place for the price

This is more a section 8 type hotel not what I paid for. Definitely not 3 star. No hot water. Portable ac. Dirty old carpets. Entrance smelled of urine. Reception guy was nice but it is obvious he knew we were getting screwed. DO NOT BOOK.
