The hotel should be shut down while renovations are being done and/or it should be communicated to guests in advance how sub-par the condition of the hotel is. When we arrived in our room the ac unit pipe, which was temporarily being used b/c the permanent system was non-functional, was laying on the floor and blowing hot air throughout the room. This hotel does not even deserve one star. When I asked to be reimbursed the receptionist said that she could not do that (since I booked through Travelocity). This hotel ranks as one of if not the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the United States.

The front desk workers didn't have what was need to check us in properly, the 2st night there was no hot water, never seen a housekeeper while there.This just was not a good stay, next time I'll stick with Super 8.

A former large, name-brand hotel and convention center, this property is well past its prime, but was perfect for my needs: A clean, comfortable room with an awesome bed and sparkling bathroom for pit stops on my way to and from Niagara Falls during a quick two-night trip from Rhode Island. I brought food for the entire trip with me, so I can't speak to dining options in the area, though I passed Taco Bell, KFC, Subway, McDonald's and the like. The only food service on property is breakfast, included in the room, which runs 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. I left too early the first morning to take advantage, and, by the time I got to it the second morning, about 9:30, most of the more desirable items were gone, so I just ate what I had brought with me. Bottom line: It provided me with more than expected and at a great price, so I'm happy I stayed.

BAD SERVICE

Bad service. We spent one night and that was way too long. The rooms are old, outdated, dirty and falling apart. The bathrooms are super tiny. A big person wouldn’t be able to sit on that toilet. At 7am someone tried to barge in our room, I was very startled. At 8 am it happened again, this time she announced herself as housekeeping. She then explained she had the room marked as vacant. Front desk didn’t know what they were doing. In the morning when I complained the woman very nonchalant said “oh yeah there was a mistake on when rooms were marked as clean/vacant.” Not even an apology, she literally wave me away and said “you’re good.” I do customer service for a living and that is NOT good customer service! Never staying there again. Avoid if you can’t!

Our five-night stay at this facility was a TOTAL disappointment. Shower did not drain, rooms only had portable air conditioners, none of fitness equipment worked, had to have keys reprogrammed every day, room was never cleaned, pool empty and roped off, one ice machine and employee had to access it, wanted extra towels but person at front desk was only employee on duty so we got none until someone else came in....and the list goes on. Worst hotel experience ever! Big negative on our vacation and sorry we wasted the money.
