"Hotel is located RIGHT in the thick of downtown/waterfront Kona. Had an issue with our door, the maintenance staff fixed it straight away without disturbing us, really appreciate the effort from the staff. Would easily stay here again."

"Honestly loved everything about Royal Kona Resort only thing I didnt like is that they closed the pool at 6pm because they dont have any lights in the pool area. Sucks Because were on vacation so we want to be in those pool areas till later on in the night"

The host were very accommodating with our late arrival and even offered a late check out. There communications was fast and very helpful. We just stayed one night before meeting up with family, but will definitely consider longer stays in the future. Thank you. "

"Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell. "
