"It was built as a hotel to begin with and it is kept in immaculate shape. Our room was charming and very comfortable. Being stateside, I loved the dual shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. I had sweet and sour chicken and it was possibly the best I've eaten. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, especially helping us get to the train station. "

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. When we notified the front desk in the morning of the 4th day that we would need to move to another accommodation as we were unable to sleep in the cramped bed. Jess and Michael were extremely helpful in finding us another larger suite in the hotel. This made a huge difference for the remaining week of our vacation and we are very thankful for their quick and immediate response. I wish we had taken this action earlier as we were truly besides ourselves with lack of sleep for three nights, taking turns to sit in the lobby in the middle of the night so the other could sleep. We appreciate both Michael and Jess so much, thank you!"
