The main level features warm wood floors, a brick fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a half bath, and a comfortable living area with a TV. Step out onto one of two spacious decks to enjoy fresh alpine air. Bedrooms are thoughtfully located on the lower level for added privacy. Guests have access to two seasonal community pools during the summer, along with local recreational amenities such as tennis courts, scenic trails, and an indoor facility featuring a pool. Ideally situated, the townhouse is only ¾ mile from skiing, casinos, and year-round activities. Public beaches, including Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach, are also nearby.
