When you cross the threshold of this unique and memorable home, you'll feel a warm air of welcoming throughout the place. The bright interior and flooding of natural light help you feel right at home. The open and airy concept throughout promotes togetherness and there will be no missed conversation since the living area, dining area, and kitchen are all adjacent to one another. When you aren't playing on the beach or tanning on the luxurious viewing deck, host a movie night with your loved ones on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals or beach-picnic snacks in the stunning kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for maneuvering. Indulge in a great night's sleep on any of the comfortable beds, and don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen at the end of the day in the walk-in shower and basin sink. At the end of the day, watch the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico sunset with your glass of wine in hand on the viewing deck, watching the stars come out to dot the sky.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
