Wyndham Garden Elk Grove Village/O'Hare
We booked and prepaid for a “Deluxe King size room”. We were given a room with a double bed. In addition, I called the hotel twice the day we were to arrive and did not get an answer. I also sent a text to ask about an airport shuttle service. We finally assumed there wasn’t a shuttle service.

Room 216 was in need of some maintenance. AC unit wasn’t working properly, some kid used a blue pen to draw on the arms of the chair, and the water pressure wasn’t very good for the toilet or the shower. Otherwise staff was friendly and facility was decent
