Why they charge in my credit card when I make the reservation I click pay in the hotel I change my trip to different day and they charge I my credit t card And also I pay cash I stay just one night

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Sheets where super dirty and the rooms were so terribly smelly. I booked 3 rooms for family members and was deeply embarrassed with all of them. I had stayed at motel 6 before but had never encountered such terrible rooms from them.

The shower in the room was NONFUNCTIONAL! I had to call the front desk 6 TIMES before someone was sent to the room! I then had to pack up, go to the office MYSELF in the freezing cold to get a different room assignment instead of the worker going to get me a different pass key to a different room where the shower actually worked! When I was repacking my car, I spoke to another person who was staying at this facility who experienced a similar problem with the shower in the room they had stayed in, so apparently this is NOT an isolated incident! Upon checking the website, I found that there were other past customers with the SAME problem!
